We understand that purchasing online can be tricky sometimes. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send an email to rambling-rose@bigpond.com with your purchase details and whether you would like an exchange, refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your return. Your return must be received back to the store within 14 days of your original purchase.
Goods must be unused, in original packaging, unworn, with tags/labels attached, unmarked, and in a saleable condition.

Upon receiving your items, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund/exchange to be processed.
Please note the following items are unable to be returned:
- sale items (unless faulty, see below)
- soaps
- earrings
Faulty Goods:
If you believe an item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
Damaged Goods:
We personally package all orders with the utmost care. However if your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with evidence of the damage and we will investigate and arrange a claim where necessary.
Privacy:
We respect your private information and we will not share your personal details with a third party outside of Rambling Rose.
We take the security of your personal information seriously and take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated confidentially, kept secure and protected against unauthorised use and is maintained only for the purpose for which it is intended.
Shipping Information:
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days and normally take 2-5 days for delivery thereafter.
We use Australia Post for our delivery service.

$15 for express shipping

We also offer free local delivery within 5km of our store and free store pickup
